Who I Work With

I work with individuals who feel drawn to understanding themselves and the world around them, on deeper level.

Often people come to me during a difficult time in their lives,
 experiencing overwhelm, emotional changes and uncertainty. Or sometimes there is simply a quiet sense that something within them is asking to be explored.

My Approach

Alongside my main approach of transpersonal therapy, I draw from a range of therapeutic perspectives including Gestalt, Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic, humanistic, and Jungian approaches. This allows us to gently explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences together, adapting to what works best for you and helping you to better understand yourself and create meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

 

My work is about walking alongside you

as you reconnect with your own inner clarity, strength and understanding.

I believe that meaningful change begins with

feeling safe, seen and respected.

In my experience, many of the answers people are searching for already exist within them.

Sometimes they have simply been buried beneath life experiences,

self-doubt, trauma or patterns that no longer serve.

My role is to gently bring awareness to these places,

supporting you to recognise what is already there.

I work in a way that honours your pace and readiness. Therapy is not rushed or forced.

When there is a safe space to explore without judgement, insight and change can unfold naturally.

As a transpersonal psychotherapist, I hold an understanding that healing is not only psychological

but often deeply personal and at times, spiritual.

 

My approach integrates professional therapeutic knowledge with intuition, presence and deep listening.

 

I pay close attention not only to what is spoken, but also to what may be felt beneath the surface.

Through this process, many people develop a stronger relationship with themselves, greater self-trust

and a clearer sense of direction in their lives.

For me, this work is about supporting you to come home to yourself,
